WINEMAKER NOTES

Founded by the famed winemaker Miguel Angel de Gregorio in the heart of Rioja Alta, Finca Nueva Wine are made solely from varieties indigenous to the D.O.C. Rioja, one of Spain's oldest and most famous grape growing regions. Deft at making both complex and consumer-friendly wines, owner Miguel Angel is one of Europe's most celebrated winemakers who handcrafts award-winning wines at his newest winery, his "Finca Nueva".

This finely crafted wine has a dark garnet color and offers a bouquet of blackberry, cherry, and violet. On the palate you can expect flavors of cassis, purple plum, dark chocolate, anise and lavender. It finished with tastes of black cherry and mint and a substantial amount of tannins to provide a clean finish.
